## About the Role

Do you have experience in Tooling?, * 10+ years in data governance, risk, or data leadership roles

 * Strong experience within insurance, reinsurance, or financial services

 * Deep knowledge of GDPR, AI governance, and model risk frameworks

 * Experience with governance tooling (e.g., Collibra, Purview, Erwin)

 * Strong understanding of AWS-based data ecosystems

 * Proven ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders

## Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to shape and operationalise our global Data & AI Governance framework. This is a high-impact role ensuring that data and AI are trusted, compliant, and leveraged responsibly across underwriting, claims, finance, and beyond-unlocking innovation while maintaining rigorous control., * Design and lead the enterprise Data Governance operating model

 * Chair Data & AI Governance Committees and influence senior stakeholders

 * Establish policies across data classification, quality, retention, and access

 * Build and implement AI governance aligned to EU AI Act, GDPR, and global regulations

 * Oversee model risk management, AI lifecycle governance, and third-party AI usage

 * Drive data quality, metadata management, and lineage transparency

 * Partner with architecture, cybersecurity, and business teams to embed governance-by-design
