 * Experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative support roles
 * Familiarity with office software such as word processing and spreadsheet programs
 * Basic understanding of databases and ERP systems is preferred but not required
 * Strong attention to detail in data entry
 * Ability to perform basic math accurately and efficiently in a professional setting

## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and numerically proficient individual to join our team as a Basic Arithmetic and Data Management Assistant. In this role, you will leverage your skills in basic math, Excel, and other summing applications to support data entry. Your energetic approach will help ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient processing of information across various administrative functions., * Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Google Sheets, Excel, Numbers or similar summing applications

 * Utilize basic math skills to verify calculations, totals, and data accuracy
 * Create and update spreadsheets.
 * Data entry, filing, and document organization to support billing
 * Support clerical tasks such as typing, transcription, and data entry and adding and checking figures for billing
 * Ensure billing hours and final billing amounts are accurate.
