 * Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment in complex organizations
 * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable insights

Desired Skills:

 * Experience in digital media, streaming, content platforms, or consumer-facing products
 * Experience introducing or scaling AI tools, automation, or data-driven workflows
 * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, or Asana
 * Background in platform or ecosystem builds within an enterprise environment
 * Exposure to analytics, experimentation frameworks, personalization initiatives, or content operations

## Description

* Lead quarterly planning cycles and support roadmap execution across product and technology teams
 * Partner with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable deliverables and timelines
 * Coordinate dependencies, priorities, and trade-offs across Product, Engineering, Data, Content, and Operations
 * Design and improve scalable workflows, governance structures, and operating models
 * Build and maintain intake, tracking, reporting, and dashboard processes to support execution and decision-making
