## About the Role

* 10+ years of SAP SD configuration and support experience in order management, pricing, delivery and billing.
 * Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to independently research SAP issues, SAP notes and industry best practices. ABAP debugging skills are desirable.
 * Support inbound and outbound integrations using IDocs, APIs, and EDI.
 * Should have good understanding of integration points between SD and MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM
 * Ensure system stability, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement
 * S4 HANA and Fiori experience is desirable.
 * Good communication and teamwork

SD Functional requirement - should have good knowledge in the following areas:

 * Order (standard, dropship, consignment), Delivery, Invoice, and Returns management
 * Intercompany process (Sales and Returns)
 * ATP and Backorder processing
 * Pricing and Condition technique
 * Route and Route determinations,
 * Shipping point configuration
 * Billing, Credit Management
