## About the Role

Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Europe; good transport connections from your home location are a plus

 - Electrical understanding of the functionality and wiring of energy storage systems; hands-on commissioning or installation experience is a plus
 - At least 1 year of experience in a technical service, field support, or commissioning role
 - Good analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems independently
 - Professional and friendly demeanour - on-site with customers and by phone / email
 - Customer-oriented mindset, openness to learning, team spirit, and quality awareness
 - Good communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
 - Fluent English is required (all technical documentation and communication is in English)
 - German or other European languages are highly valued
 - Good internet connection and a suitable home office setup required
 - Working model: home office with regular European travel.

## Description

EFT-Systems GmbH works in the exciting and growing market of renewable energies. As the official local service partner for BYD Battery-Box products, our growing team has set itself the goal of offering the best technical support for energy storage systems across Europe.

About the Role
You will be our technical expert - both in the field and at home. On-site, you'll commission and support BYD Battery-Box residential energy storage systems at customer locations across Europe. When not travelling, you'll work from your home office providing remote technical support, handling support tickets, and keeping our customers' systems running smoothly.

Your Tasks

 - On-site commissioning and installation support for residential BYD Battery-Box energy storage systems
 - Technical customer service by phone and email from home office
 - Analysis and identification of error patterns
 - Remote maintenance using current remote maintenance tools for Europe-wide communication with our products
 - Technically competent support for the commissioning and ongoing operation of energy storage systems
 - Tracking and independent processing of tickets in our ticketing system, up to finding the solution (including independent ordering of spare parts if necessary)
 - Close collaboration with the technical support team to feed back on-field findings and suggest product improvements.
