Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution., * 5+ years of experience with systems architecture or engineering

 * Experience with architecture modeling
 * Experience with SysML
 * Knowledge of the software development life cycle, including Agile software development methodology
 * Ability to lead software development team through all phases of the software development life cycle
 * Ability to perform modeling, architecture, design, and testing to provide and sustain operational capabilities in military ground systems and vehicles
 * Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

 * 5+ years of experience with software development, software maintenance, digital engineering, or system integration
 * Experience leading a systems engineering team through the complete development life cycle, including architecture, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance, following the Agile software development methodology
 * Experience with software engineering of embedded systems
 * Experience with CAMEO
 * Experience with stakeholder agreement management, project and work plan definition, work plan execution, communication management, risk and issue management, resource management, supplier management, and intellectual capital management
 * Experience with development to translate stakeholder and system needs into software requirements
 * Knowledge of Software Configuration Management (SCM) and tools, including SVN, Bitbucket, Git, or Jira
 * Knowledge of Linux operating system, including RedHat or RedHawk
 * Ability to develop and execute software and electronics life cycle management, development, transition, and sustainment and support plans
 * Secret clearance
