The position oversees the organization's digital presence, including website management, social media, and newsletters, to strengthen donor engagement, increase community awareness, and support fundraising goals. The position requires an organized, proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain consistent brand messaging, and contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Donor Stewardship & Fundraising · Build strong relationships with donors and corporate partners through personalized engagement. · Oversee donor appreciation events, impact reports, and acknowledgment campaigns. · Ensure timely and meaningful donor communications, including thank-you letters, newsletters (Mailchimp), and impact stories. · Work closely with the Executive Director, Chief Programs Officer, and program teams to align donor engagement with organizational priorities. · Plan and implement fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, online giving, and peer-to-peer efforts. · Plan annual fundraising events (spring luncheon & fall 5K) . · Manage event-related vendor communication and supply procurement. Database and Reporting Management · Ensure accurate donor data entry and tracking in the organization's CRM or donor database. · Generate reports to evaluate donor engagement trends and support leadership with actionable insights.
