## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Technology or Business and 1 to 2 years, or 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience, preferably within an insurance/medical industry.

 * Proficient in basic firewall and routing technologies.
 * Ability to troubleshoot system and network problems remotely and on-site.
 * Ability to support the roll-out of new applications.

 * Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and with a team.

## Description

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer that will respond to phone calls and ticket requests working on issues including level1 to level 3 support. Our team works in fast-paced environment for onsite and remote workers in a Windows10 and O365 environment. This role provides end-user problem resolution, imaging, deployments, and workstation engineering.
