## Description

We are partnering with a well-established, multi-location organization in the Oklahoma City area to find a dynamic Director of IT. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves while also driving strategic vision for a growing IT organization. Directors at this company operate at a VP level of responsibility, making this a high-impact opportunity for the right candidate., * Lead and develop an IT team of approximately 16 professionals including project managers and coordinators

 * Develop and present a 12-18 month strategic IT roadmap and gain leadership buy in
 * Oversee day-to-day IT operations across 18 locations supporting 850 employees
 * Manage vendor partnerships and relationships in a lean IT environment
 * Stay ahead of rapidly evolving technology trends and align IT strategy with business goals
 * Collaborate closely with executive leadership on technology initiatives and organizational priorities
