PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * DevOps experience: CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and operating production services. * Experience applying AI/LLMs to internal tooling, support workflows, or agent-assist use cases. * Experience conducting security architecture or design reviews around custom business applications. * Experience implementing onboarding and off-boarding automations for an enterprise at scale. * Background of supporting complex initiatives across applications. * Familiarity with one or more infrastructure as code languages (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK) in a production capacity. ## Description The work is split roughly between two outcomes. First, increasing service desk agent efficiency by building automations, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows that take routine tasks off our agents' plates so they can focus on the harder problems. Second, providing self-service automations to internal customers: employee-facing tools that handle common requests (access, provisioning, lifecycle changes, troubleshooting) instantly and safely. This is a role with wide berth.
