Do you have experience in Virtualization?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

 * 1-2 years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting
 * Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments (endpoint management, remote connectivity, DEX)
 * Experience with SaaS tools (RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, Observability)
 * Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, cloud, virtualization, and security
 * Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value
 * Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
 * Willingness to travel up to 30%

## Description

* Own deep expertise in TeamViewer's IT and DEX portfolio
 * Deliver tailored demos, workshops, and webinars aligned to customer needs
 * Communicate technical and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences
 * Lead discovery to understand customer challenges and objectives
 * Design and present customized solutions leveraging TeamViewer capabilities
 * Develop proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation
 * Lead POV/POC and pilot engagements, providing hands-on guidance
 * Analyze results and deliver actionable recommendations
 * Partner with Sales throughout the sales cycle, including RFx responses
 * Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
 * Stay current on industry trends and contribute feedback to product innovation
