## About the Role

Do you have experience in Project coordination?, * Position requires 3 - 5 years of business process knowledge in a manufacturing environment

 * Knowledge of IFS ERP processes, IFS cloud preferred
 * Knowledge of Glovia ERP processes a plus
 * Exceptional written and oral communication skills with all levels of the organization
 * Strong process flow and documentation skills
 * Ability to work independently with general supervision, and manage multiple project activities at the same time
 * Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, Sharepoint, Teams), and SQL query tools

## Description

This position is responsible for partnering with the business and IT teams to identify and manage process efficiencies and continuous improvement across the Applications landscape.

Key activities include:

 * Providing user support for issues arising in the enterprise manufacturing system and connected applications
 * Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives
 * Translating business requirements into application requirements
 * Working with IT teams to identify options for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology

 * Collaborating with IT development to facilitate development of new solutions
 * Performing system testing and coordination of user acceptance testing
 * Providing application and process execution expertise in solution roll-out/projects
 * Maintaining application documentation
