We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead end-to-end analytics projects, from data acquisition and preparation through analysis, reporting, and client-facing insights. This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to independently manage data, projects, and client communications., * Proven ability to independently manage complex data projects end to end.

 * Strong data analysis, manipulation, and visualization skills.
 * Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
 * High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, including client-facing interactions.
 * Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results with minimal supervision.
 * Curious, proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

## Description

Data Acquisition & Management:

 * Acquire, structure, and validate data from multiple sources to meet internal and client requirements.
 * Review, cleanse, and manage large, unstandardized datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
 * Perform bulk uploads, manage databases, and resolve data discrepancies.
 * Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze relational data.

Analysis & Reporting:

 * Perform independent client analyses using appropriate models while ensuring regulatory compliance.
 * Prepare and validate import/export datasets aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.
 * Test analytical models and parameters to determine optimal outcomes.
 * Identify trends and actionable insights and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Develop high-quality reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders and clients.

Project & Client Management:

 * Support client meetings and manage analytics-related communications.
 * Serve as a primary contact for data and documentation requests and manage client expectations.
 * Create and maintain client-specific SOPs related to drawback.
 * Monitor action items and collaborate cross-functionally on data preparation and system testing.
