This is a hands-on building position with strategic authority - not a pure management role. Ability to supervise and provide technical direction to the development team, write code when needed, particularly for simulation engine enhancements and analytics logic. Would consider fractional engagement to start (minimum 20 hrs/week, dedicated), with full-time conversion option.
