## Description

* We are seeking a senior Application Architect III to provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for projects within the Customer Billing Systems (Customer Service System - Customer/1) platform. The role partners closely with project managers and leads internal and vendor technical resources to deliver complex application solutions., * Lead application architecture and technical design efforts for CSS initiatives
 * Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout the SDLC (design through implementation)
 * Serve as the technical interface between development teams, vendors, and project management
 * Identify application-level risks and support mitigation planning
 * Ensure solution quality, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards
 * Support system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution in complex environments
