Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps). * Solid understanding of SQL Server, Azure services, and data warehousing concepts . * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently, collaborate with various stakeholders, and lead technical initiatives. This role requires deep technical knowledge of SharePoint Online/On-Premises, Power BI integration, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions. The candidate will work with our Data Analytics team, which supports enterprise-wide collaboration and analytics initiatives across the organization. This candidate will join a fast-paced, innovation-focused group with modern Microsoft cloud technologies. Location: This position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours. Responsibilities SharePoint Development & Administration * Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications. * Implement and manage the SharePoint Online environment. * Create and maintain document libraries, lists, content types, and metadata structures. * Develop features and solutions. * Ensure SharePoint governance, security, and compliance standards are met. Power BI Integration & Reporting * Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI connected to SharePoint and other data sources. * Optimize data models for performance and scalability. * Implement row-level security and data governance policies. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to design Key Performance Indicators and visualizations that drive decision-making. PowerApps Creation & Integration * Build reactive web applications using PowerApps connected to SharePoint and SQL. * Optimize for large datasets and performance. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to design interfaces and data collection.
