## About the Role

Do you have experience in Team leadership?, Do you have a Doctor of Law (JD)?, We are seeking a full-time Managing Director with experience in leading significant, complex, and cross border investigations and regulatory compliance matters. This position will be part of our Crisis Strategy and Emerging Issues + Technology practice groups. The successful candidate will have exceptional writing and interpersonal skills., * Business Acumen

Required Education and Experience

 * Big Law, prominent boutique law firm, US Attorneys' Office or other prosecutorial experience or former Federal Agent with extensive trial experience
 * J.D. required
 * Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, digital assets, and various digital investigation tools such as Maltego
 * Experience in managing multiple large and high profile, complex, cross border matters which includes communicating directly with clients
 * Exercises sound judgment, communicates effectively, and operates with a high degree of independence and professionalism in fast-paced, team-oriented environments while managing competing priorities, tight deadlines, and high-quality work.
 * Demonstrated ability to grow client relationships and expand business
 * Experience handling urgent, high-visibility, or sensitive matters

## Description

* Lead high profile and complex cross border and sensitive investigations that directly interface with clients to present findings in an organized, concise and timely fashion
 * Excellent writing skills using critical thinking to write logically and fluently; experience writing investigative reports and/or trial/appellate briefs
 * Manage project profitability, cost control, revenue projections, and employee productivity
 * Develop client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on sensitive matters
 * Support practice growth through business development and market engagement
 * Ensure that client objectives and expectations are met in a timely manner by responding urgently to high profile matters., Travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, investigations, and business development activities.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, much of the work may be done sitting at a desk, using a computer, typing, handling phone calls, filing, and using office equipment such as like printers and copiers. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
