## About the Role

Do you have experience in User research for product design?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

 * 1 year of interaction design experience in product design or UX Design.
 * Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)., * 1 year of experience leading design projects.
 * Experience working within established design systems and designing accessible products.
 * Experience translating user needs, research insights, and data into digital products and high-quality deliverables.
 * Experience delivering production-ready engineering specifications and collaborating with developers to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
 * Experience leveraging generative AI tools and industry-standard software (e.g., Figma) to accelerate ideation and workflow velocity.

## Description

* Collaborate in cross-functional meetings to analyze experiment data and user research insights to develop hypotheses for new product opportunities.
 * Present design work during internal reviews to receive feedback and iterate on solutions.
 * Develop articulated presentations for internal leadership and external partner reviews.
 * Create engineering specifications and participate in quality assurance processes to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
 * Drive innovation by developing original design ideas and pitching concepts to help shape product proposals.
