The role supports internal teams dedicated to delivering collateral critical to our clients with strict deadlines and high accuracy requirements., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. * 7-10 years of experience with software development and architecture in technologies such as C#, Python, GitHub, Azure, .NET Desktop Applications, React, Node.js. and Azure DevOps * Experience using generative AI in development (e.g., for planning, design, coding, testing, and documentation) with a strong emphasis on human judgment, problem-solving, and accountability. * Proven experience mentoring and developing junior software engineers. * Strong understanding of coding and process best practices and demonstrated experience collaborating with product teams to enhance end-user experiences. * Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices (preferably Azure and GitHub Actions). * Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (Azure DevOps Boards).Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
