## About the Role

Do you have experience in Workforce management?, * Minimum 2+ years of experience working with UKG WFM (formerly Kronos WFM) solutions.

 * Proven experience in system configuration, integration, and data management.
 * Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and best practices.
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Effective communication and collaboration skills.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with UKG Pro or other HCM systems a plus.
 * Experience with scripting languages (e.g., SQL) and reporting tools.
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

## Description

As a Technical Consultant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients' UKG WFM implementations and ongoing success. You'll work closely with a team of consultants, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless system integrations, data accuracy, and optimized workflows., * Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and UKG WFM requirements.

 * Analyze existing systems and data to identify opportunities for improvement and integration.
 * Configure and customize UKG WFM solutions to meet client specifications.
 * Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
 * Provide ongoing support and training to clients on using UKG WFM effectively.
 * Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with UKG support to resolve complex problems.
 * Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
