Do you have experience in Technical writing?, 3+ years of direct healthcare industry experience

 - Hands-on experience with at least one EHR/EMR system: Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Meditech, or similar

 - Understanding of healthcare workflows: Scheduling, Referrals, Eligibility Verification, Prior Authorization, Medical Billing

 - Experience conducting discovery sessions and requirements gathering

 - Strong communication and documentation skills

 - Must be able to work on-site in Cary, NC
