## About the Role

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

 * 5+ years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
 * 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
 * Strong knowledge of:
 * General Ledger Accounting
 * Account Reconciliations
 * Financial Close Processes
 * Journal Entries
 * Intercompany Accounting
 * Financial Reporting
 * Experience configuring Oracle ARCS Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules.
 * Experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or other ERP platforms.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
