## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Basic knowledge of IT support, PC hardware, and peripherals.

 * Ability to understand and follow technical diagrams and documentation.
 * Comfortable working in a team-based field environment.
 * Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
 * Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
 * Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work on ladders when necessary.

Preferred Skills

 * MSP experience preferred but not required.
 * Previous field service or deployment experience preferred but not required.
 * Basic understanding of IT systems and business technology.
 * Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

## Description

A growing IT services company is looking for a motivated Junior IT Field Technician to assist with customer deployments, hardware installations, and onsite technical support. This position provides an opportunity to develop hands-on IT skills while working alongside experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

 * Provide onsite technical support and "remote hands" services to clients.
 * Travel to customer locations throughout the U.S.
 * Assist with network, Wi-Fi, and infrastructure site surveys.
 * Support customer onboarding by installing and testing hardware.
 * Replace and upgrade PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices.
 * Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, including photos, notes, and inventory.
 * Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
 * Escalate complex troubleshooting issues to senior technical staff.
