* Strong system design and architecture experience in modern software environments.
 * Hands-on development experience with the ability to contribute directly to coding and technical implementation.
 * Experience with AWS, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
 * Full-stack engineering competency, with a strong backend focus.
 * Experience designing and building microservices or modern distributed architectures.
 * Ability to work cross-functionally with product, architecture, engineering, and leadership teams.
 * Strong communication skills and comfort leading technical conversations.
 * Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate in a high-ownership, multi-team environment.
 * Nice to have: experience with LLMs, AI experimentation, agentic AI concepts, or helping define AI engineering strategy and practices.

## Description

* Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
 * Contribute hands-on to application development, system design, and technical delivery.
 * Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership.
 * Help guide architecture decisions across multiple teams or pods.
 * Build and support scalable, modern applications using AWS, TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, and microservices.
 * Own delivery accountability and help drive projects from design through implementation.
 * Support AI experimentation efforts and help define best practices around AI/LLM engineering where applicable.
