This role owns the analytics roadmap in partnership with the Director of FP&A - building the systems and models the business runs on while managing and developing a high-performing team of analysts and data scientists. It is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build - not just maintain - a modern analytics function and directly shape how the business makes decisions.
