## About the Role

EDUCATION:4 years of high school completion, or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in engineering
EMET or the equivalent experience preferred
EXPERIENCE:Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly, testing, debugging, test equipment programming.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

 * Proactive and able to work well independently as well as in a team environment
 * Work well with cross functional teams
 * Strong ownership and organization skills
 * Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required.
 * Hardware Tool: Scopes (digital/analog), Multimeter (DMM), Logic analyzer, PC
 * Operating systems: DOS, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Windows NT
 * Bilingual (English & Chinese) preferred

## Description

* Interact with customer to provide Design for Testability analysis during product design phase.
 * Develop test strategies and processes for new product release
 * Develop, verify, and integrate the hardware, software, and firmware to test the final products.
 * Design and develop test fixtures and equipment.
 * Find root causes and develop solutions for failures.
 * Develop and update documents and TPI to establish testing requirements and troubleshooting process.
 * Document technical issues and solutions
 * Install new test diagnostic when it releases
 * Monitoring the all-test fixtures inside production, troubleshoot when it reports as malfunction
 * Creation and development of SOPs for new test equipment
 * Schedule maintained for each test equipment
 * Update test diagnostic when new FW release via SECN, As our Controls Engineer Advisor- Utility Scale Solar supporting the BroadView Energy Management Platform, you will play a key role in the development and deployment of control sys…
