You ensure that when the software fails, the root cause is identified and eliminated with a permanent fix. You ensure the software you produce can be maintained and extended by those not familiar with the code by writing clear documentation and making good design choices. * You participate in an inclusive, constructive dialogue with other team members and members of closely related teams. You train new team members on how their software is constructed, how it operates, and how it fits into the bigger picture. About the team The Account Management team plays an important role in unlocking new business opportunities for Amazon Ads. We operate at scale as anything an advertiser does uses an account and data we provide across a range of high-TPS, low-latency APIs. We drive key business metrics that include number of advertisers registered for Amazon Ads, measurement of the registration customer experience (conversion rate, success rate, time to register etc.) and strategic initiatives such as initiatives like non-endemic advertising, new ad-product launches (E.g.
