## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Are you passionate about technology, detail-oriented, and great at troubleshooting and communication? We want you on our team! STS is rapidly expanding, and we're looking for a skilled Computer Technician to help support our diverse and growing client base., * Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies is a plus.

 * Proven experience as a Computer Technician or in a similar role.
 * Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Highly organized with strong time management skills.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
 * Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a strong advantage.
 * Must have a valid driver's license.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

## Description

In this role, you will primarily handle help desk support to ensure optimal computer performance and deliver outstanding customer service. You'll also assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing computers and network systems., * Use internal ticketing software to manage, prioritize, and document support tickets.

 * Set up hardware and install/configure software and drivers.
 * Maintain and troubleshoot a range of technology equipment including routers, firewalls, and peripheral devices.
 * Manage and implement security protocols to protect systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
 * Diagnose and resolve system issues to restore functionality promptly.
 * Maintain detailed records of repairs, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
 * Provide timely technical support and train users on proper computer use.
