## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in IT, finance, or health care administration.
 + Human Resources (HR) may accept directly related work experience in lieu of the required post-secondary education on a 1-year: 1-year basis.

Preferred Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Required Experience:

 * Four (4) years of business/systems analysis or healthcare finance support experience.

Preferred Experience:

 * Two (2) to four (4) years of experience supporting iCIMS recruiting software, HealthStream, Infor Payroll, Infor Accounts Payable, Infor General Ledger, Infor People Management, and/or Veradigm Supply Chain Management information systems.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Financial analysis tools and software proficiency.
 * Strong organizational and time management skills; manages time and balances multiple priorities effectively.
 * Ability to work independently and as team member.
 * Ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently.
 * Attention to detail and accuracy.

## Description

* Supports third-party applications (e.g., Internet Collaborative Information Management Systems (iCIMS) recruiting software, HealthStream, Infor Payroll, Infor Accounts Payable, Infor General Ledger, Infor People Management, and/or Veradigm Supply Chain Management information systems).
 * Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs; provides solutions meeting their requirements.
 * Collaborates with cross functional teams; gathers requirements and implements highly complex system enhancements/upgrades.
 * Troubleshoots issues, resolves errors, and ensures data integrity.
 * Analyzes complex financial data; supports decision-making and strategic planning.
 * Develops and maintains financial models and forecasts.
 * Conducts regular audits; ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
 * Keeps abreast of industry trends and information technology (IT) financial analysis best practices.
 * Mentors and trains lower-level personnel.
 * Identifies process improvement and automation opportunities; increases efficiency and accuracy.
 * Displays an understanding of diversity.
 * Demonstrates integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence (I CARE values).
 * Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients.
 * Performs miscellaneous duties not expressly described herein.
