## About the Role

* Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or other related fields
 * Typically requires 8 years of Configuration Management experience
 * Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) tools
 * Experience with leadership projects
 * Experience with government standards and processes, such as described in EIA-649, Configuration Management Standard
 * Experience with generating Configuration Management productivity metrics and/or reports
 * Experience with estimating, proposing, and/or managing configuration management cost and schedule on a program

 * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop and present technical briefings to Leadership.
 * Ability to identify potential complex problems associated with technical engineering data regarding configuration management issues and ability to take corrective action as needed.

## Description

* Lead the coordination and administration of assigned configuration management activities related to identification, control, verification and accounting for systems and equipment in accordance with contractual requirements for classified programs
 * Technically support program milestones and contribute to successful reviews and customer interchanges
 * Meet the program's committed schedule, cost, and performance requirements
 * Actively engage with all Program Managers, Chief Engineers, and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads for assigned programs to ensure that Configuration Management is actively represented within the program
 * Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinate changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities (including classified support).
 * Support of new proposal efforts and management of program Estimate at Complete (EAC) for CM
