This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for leading the administration, optimization, and enhancement of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments, along with related integrations and analytics. You will partner closely with business leaders across sales, operations, finance, and accounting to architect scalable solutions, drive data integrity, and champion Salesforce best practices that enable business growth and operational excellence. This position reports to the Director of Business Applications and will serve as a key technical expert and mentor to other administrators on the team.
