## Description

Our client is seeking an IT Help Desk Coordinator to join their team on a temporary assignment. This position will provide hands-on technical support to employees and serve as a key resource for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues., * Provide first-level Help Desk support to end users

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
 * Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and related software
 * Support Microsoft Office 365 and Windows environments
 * Assist with Active Directory user support and account management
 * Set up and support printers, scanners, and other peripherals
 * Track and maintain IT equipment inventory
 * Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve technical issues
 * Provide excellent customer service and technical assistance to employees
 * Assist with technology-related projects and initiatives as needed
