Preferred but not required * + Hands-on experience working in server rooms or data centers and are comfortable with physical hardware maintenance, cabling, and infrastructure upgrades. + Exposure to Linux-based server environments. ## Description As an IT Systems Engineer at Propeller, you will be the driving force behind uplifting and maturing our IT support function in Denver. You'll handle the technical support that keeps our team moving, while dedicating significant time to leveling up our infrastructure, automating onboarding workflows and physically expanding our on-premise server room to meet our customer's needs. This is a hands-on role where you will blend user support with critical infrastructure work-building racks, physically upgrading servers, troubleshooting hardware issues and ensuring our servers run smoothly. You'll have the autonomy to lead projects from concept to completion, translating complex technical challenges into simple solutions while ensuring our global team stays connected and secure.
