If your degree was awarded by an educational institution outside the United States and its territories, you must provide independent verification of equivalency. You must pay the required evaluation fee. ## Description An employee in this position is responsible for providing support, guidance and referrals to students of SUNY Adirondack and for communicating/responding to customers as needed through established protocol. The work is performed under the direct supervision of the designated area or Departmental supervisor or Administrator. Supervision of others is not a function of this class. The incumbent performs related work as required.
