## About the Role

Do you have experience in Prompt engineering?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering

 * Minimum 2+ years of direct experience working with LLMs, Generative AI, or NLP solutions in a production environment (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LLaMA, Mistral or similar)
 * Experience building LLM-powered applications such as chatbots, summarization, classification, and document extraction.
 * Proficiency in prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques
 * Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience in BFSI domain.
 * Exposure to LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation frameworks.
 * Knowledge of responsible AI and model explainability (SHAP, LIME).
 * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery. Azure ML Studio, Databricks, or Snowflake experience.

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills with ability to work across onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders. Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced Agile POD environments

This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) and Generative AI solutions that drive intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making across banking operations.
