Preferred Qualifications * Experience building enterprise-grade financial systems with complex integrations. * Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). * Experience implementing secure coding practices and working with authentication/authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWT, etc.). * Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and observability tools. * Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation). * Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, Playwright, etc.). * Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives. * Strong understanding of both backend system design and modern UI/UX principles.
