## About the Role

Do you have experience in Software engineering?, The ideal candidate should possess the following education and experience:
PhD (or MS with 3+ years of research/industry experience) in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc.), with expertise in:

 * Scientific computing: Numerical algorithms (FEM/FD/FVM), eigen/linear/PDE solvers, convex optimization, computational geometry, computer graphics.
 * High-performance computing: Distributed processing, OpenMPI, GPU acceleration, CUDA ecosystems.
 * SW/Programming skills: Proficiency in C/C++, CUDA, Python, Code Copilot
 * AI/ML applications: Leveraging AI/ML to accelerate problem solving processes.
 * Semiconductor knowledge (preferred but not required): Basic semiconductor process (photolithography, etch, deposition, CMP) and semiconductor device physics.
 * Key Skills & Attributes
 * Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for tackling complex computational challenges.
 * Ability to estimate software development tasks accurately and deliver on schedule.
 * Open and collaborative team mindset.

## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated researcher and software developer to develop simulation platform for semiconductor manufacturing solutions (including process and device simulations, DTCO), preferably with expertise in high-performance scientific computing (numerical algorithms, linear/PDE solvers, computational geometry, distributed processing, GPU acceleration, etc) and semiconductor domain knowledge.
