## About the Role

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, * Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

 * Experience in Agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Program Delivery
 * Proven ability to support delivery across multiple teams or complex programs
 * Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks
 * Experience in cybersecurity environments (e.g., SOC, threat management, incident response, detection engineering)
 * Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
 * Experience within Cyber Threat Management or Cyber Defense organizations
 * Familiarity with security tools and platforms (e.g., SIEM, EDR, DLP, SOAR)
 * Experience in regulated industries (financial services preferred)
 * Relevant certifications such as CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, or CISSP

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support our Cyber Threat Management (CTM) team. This role will work closely with the CTM Product Owner and cross-functional teams to define milestones, drive execution, and deliver critical cybersecurity initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong Agile leadership, experience operating across multiple teams, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity domains such as threat detection and response. You will play a key role in ensuring predictable delivery, removing impediments, and aligning execution with organizational cyber risk priorities., * Lead Agile delivery across multiple cybersecurity teams, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes

 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
 * Partner closely with the Cyber Threat Management Product Owner to define milestones and drive execution against key initiatives
 * Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines
 * Support initiatives across Cyber Threat Management capabilities, including:
 + Threat intelligence
 + Detection engineering and monitoring
 + Threat hunting
 + Incident response
 * Proactively identify and remove blockers; escalate risks impacting delivery or control effectiveness
 * Provide transparent, data-driven reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
 * Coach teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
 * Ensure effective use of Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and maintain backlog health and visibility
