Do you have experience in Telecommunications network device configuration?, * 7 - 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles supporting secure environments.

 * Deep knowledge of Active Directory architecture and troubleshooting.
 * Extensive experience in network design, configuration, and diagnostics.
 * Proven expertise in virtualization technologies and resource optimization.
 * Strong background in desktop and server support in enterprise settings.
 * Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and threat mitigation.
 * Experience working in or supporting regulated industries (Federal, Financial, Utilities).
 * Excellent documentation and communication skills.
 * Must be able to pass a background investigation., * Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, Network+, CCNA, VMware VCP.
 * Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FISMA, FedRAMP, HIPAA, NIST, Zero Trust, CMMC
 * Active Security Clearance preferred
 * Experience with Active Directory, Hyper-V, Citrix, Trend Micro, SIEM

## Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT Systems Admin / Engineer with expertise in Windows-based environments, Active Directory, Networking, Virtualization, Desktop Support, and Cybersecurity. This role supports clients in highly regulated industries such as Federal Government, Financial Services, Utilities & Energy., * Design, implement, and maintain secure Windows-based infrastructure across client environments.

 * Manage and optimize Active Directory, including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and domain trusts.
 * Configure and troubleshoot networking components (firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs).
 * Deploy and manage virtualization platforms.
 * Provide support for desktop, server, and network issues for both customers and internal stakeholders
 * Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls, including endpoint protection, SIEM, and vulnerability management.
 * Collaborate with and support the Compliance Officer in preparation for and administration of both customer-led compliance audits and internal audit activity.
 * Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
 * Experienced in M365 / O365 Administration
 * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
