## Description

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Wellness Support Specialist/Medication Technician to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide essential medication management and wellness support to residents in a family style assisted living. Your expertise will help ensure safe medication administration, promote overall well-being, and support individuals with diverse needs such as dementia, and hospice care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve while working in a dynamic and supportive environment., * Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols while adhering to medical documentation standards

 * Monitoring and documentation of resident's vital signs
 * Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care, wound care, insulin administration
 * Maintain medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
 * Support residents with daily activities related to senior care, memory care, hospice, dementia, and home care needs with compassion and professionalism
 * Collaborate with nursing to coordinate medication administration
 * Uphold patient confidentiality by strictly following HIPAA guidelines while managing sensitive medical information
 * Prepare and cook meals for residents following FDA guidelines
 * Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
