Responsibilities Identity Solutions Delivery * Implement and support identity and access management solutions for customer environments. * Independently deliver smaller projects, assessments, health checks, and remediation engagements. * Support medium and large projects under the guidance of Senior Engineers and Architects. * Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and project meetings. Demonstrate Expertise * Microsoft Entra ID * Active Directory * Hybrid Identity * Entra Connect Sync and Cloud Sync * Okta Workforce Identity * Single Sign-On (SSO) * Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) * Conditional Access * Identity Governance * Lifecycle Management * Privileged Identity Management (PIM) * Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) * Identity Security Best Practices * Zero Trust Principles Assessments and Health Checks * Conduct identity assessments and health checks. * Document findings and recommendations. * Assist with remediation planning and implementation activities. Implementation and Support * Configure and deploy identity solutions. * Perform migrations, upgrades, and tenant integrations. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. * Support testing, validation, and knowledge transfer activities. Documentation * Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and customer deliverables. * Ensure project activities and outcomes are accurately documented.
