## Description

Monitor existing IT systems. Perform troubleshooting when needed by using knowledge to find solutions to common and specialized issues. Act as a link between end-users and higher-level support. Manage and assist with special projects as assigned. Assist IT Technical Services personnel in various roles as needed.

Job Scope

Essential Functions

 * Coordinate end-user computer operating system upgrades.

 * Assist Senior Network Manager with Exchange and Active Directory when needed.

 * Assist Senior Systems Security Analyst with ongoing PCI compliance tasks and annual "PCI Report on Compliance".

 * Assist Director of Technical Services with disaster recovery processes and documentation.

 * Assist with software and hardware configurations when needed.

 * Assist with troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration when necessary.

 * Manage corporate hardware and retain an inventory of spare equipment. Document available hardware including specifications, software versions, age of equipment, etc.

 * Verify that all critical devices are backed up on a regular basis.

Ancillary Functions

 * Complete special projects as assigned.

 * Assist Technical Services teammates as needed.
