 * Diagnose and resolve issues by reasoning through code and test results
 * Write clear, maintainable, well-tested Python
 * Communicate effectively with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
 * Build and maintain data workflows using Microsoft Fabric
 * Improve system reliability, performance, and clarity over time
