Hands-on experience architecting and building modern REST APIs. Experience with Agile, Scrum or other rapid application development methodologies is required. * Commitment to drive a culture of accountability and ownership to empower teams and motivate change. * Experience leading individual contributors and providing career direction, coaching, and building development plans. * Experience working in a distributed team model and collaborating with remote team members. * BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other engineering disciplines.
