 * 3 years of using ticketing, asset inventory, knowledge management, service documentation, and customer communications practices

## Description

* Provide on-site front-door IT support for TXCC staff, executives, contractors, and visitors at the San Antonio office
 * Support laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, conference rooms, printers, network connectivity, and user onboarding/offboarding
 * Resolve or triage service requests, document activities in the approved ticketing process, and maintain user-facing knowledge articles
 * Coordinate with systems, network, security, and vendor support teams, and deliver executive-priority support during business hours
 * Assist with meeting room readiness, video/audio support, staff training, routine technology checks, and break/fix coordination
