Advise implementation team in analyzing and defining requirements, defining development cooling standards, and designing application architecture to meet business and client needs. Ensure that the application solutions developed satisfy the business and technical requirements and standard testing procedures have been followed. Assist in enhancing existing business processes, creating new ones, and managing the promotion through the SDLC. Document system components. Interface with business and technical staff to define application solutions and resolve problems as needed. Communicate with product owners, BAs, and the production support team to resolve issues or questions as needed. Delegate coding assignments to team members. Maintain code deployment process and code roll information.
