What Success Looks Like (and What You Must Bring) * You have owned major ERP implementations-not just supported a PMO, facilitated standups, or played a Scrum Master-only role. * You can speak credibly about the realities of implementation pressure points (scope decisions, process conflict, adoption resistance, data, cutover, controls, downstream reporting impacts) because you've been accountable for outcomes. * You operate as a business-facing implementation leader: you can lead process conversations, gain alignment, drive decisions, and keep delivery moving. * You're comfortable stepping into an IT leadership seat-partnering with executives, carrying influence, and managing competing priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives. * Strong track record leading large, cross-functional programs with full project teams, clear governance, and measurable delivery.
