## About the Role

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience who is technical, organized, and great with people., * 1 to 3 years of IT support or help desk experience

 * Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical issues in easy to understand non-technical language
 * Patient, customer-focused, and professional
 * Detail-oriented and organized
 * Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
 * Ability to lift and move IT equipment (around 40 lbs)
 * A "can do" attitude

Nice to Have (Strong Plus)

 * Experience in an MSP or IT services company
 * Familiarity with PSA and RMM tools (HaloPSA or N-Central experience is a big plus)
 * Experience with Microsoft 365, Office 365, Entra ID, Intune, or Autopilot
 * Basic networking (Wi-Fi, printers, connectivity)
 * Exposure to PowerShell or scripting
 * Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications
 * Spanish (nice to have but not required), * IT Support: 1 year (Required)
 * working for an IT Support Company: 1 year (Preferred)
 * PowerShell (or other scripting languages): 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

We're hiring a full time Junior IT Support Technician to handle frontline support, workstation deployments, and assist senior technicians with projects and day-to-day operations., * Provide Level 1 help desk support (remote and onsite)

 * Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
 * Set up and deploy workstations and user environments
 * Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks
 * Prepare and stage equipment (unboxing, labeling, asset tagging, initial setup)
 * Assist with Intune and Autopilot device preparation
 * Deliver and pick up equipment from client sites (local travel)
 * Support senior technicians with projects and deployments
 * Document work and update tickets accurately, * Describe your experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments (users, licensing, troubleshooting)
