## Description

Seeking a CRM Integration Specialist responsible for the analysis, design, development, and implementation of Zoho. The ideal candidate is a software developer with experience in the Zoho product suite and JavaScript, capable of performing a wide range of software lifecycle tasks including design, coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and user support. The role involves reviewing an existing Zoho implementation, developing an improvement roadmap, executing action plans to test and implement changes, and creating thorough documentation, processes, and procedures within the Zoho environment., * Evaluate the existing Zoho environment and develop an improvement roadmap

 * Design and develop Zoho CRM applications, Flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, screen layouts, and integrations
 * Collaborate with project teams to estimate work effort and time requirements for development
 * Develop and execute software testing plans to support migrations and implementation changes
 * Create and maintain documentation for code, applications, and processes
