## About the Role

* Master's degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science or related field.
 * Solid foundations in data analysis and machine learning; basic knowledge of NLP is a plus but not mandatory.
 * Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning (e.g. pandas, numpy, scikit learn).
 * Strong interest in data, analytics, and AI, with a willingness to learn and grow technically.
 * Ability to understand business problems and approach them with an analytical mindset.
 * Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non technical stakeholders.
 * Fluent in English and French.

## Description

* Support the analysis of business needs and contribute to translating them into data and analytics use cases, under the guidance of more senior team members.
 * Participate in the development, training, and evaluation of data science and machine learning models, with occasional exposure to basic NLP use cases (e.g. text classification, similarity analysis).
 * Explore, clean, and analyze structured and semi structured datasets to assess data quality, consistency, and analytical potential.
 * Build exploratory analyses and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to demonstrate the value of data driven approaches to business stakeholders.
 * Assist in improving model performance through feature engineering, variable selection, and initial hyperparameter tuning.
 * Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business teams on a variety of data related projects.
